Which phone and app should I use?
Check the supplied tracker's pairing guide for the supported phone and app before setup. Follow that guide for the required settings and pairing process.
Does the map show my cat's live position?
The app shows the last reported location. Updates depend on the supported network, nearby participating devices and their settings. A previous report may not reflect your cat's current position.
When can I make the tag ring?
Use the sound feature when the tag is connected and within range. If the app cannot connect to it, a sound request may not reach the tag.
How do I check the collar fit?
The illustrated adjustment range is approximately 20–33 cm (7.9–13 in). Measure your cat's neck and follow the supplied fitting instructions. An adjustable collar still needs an individual fit check.
