Before use

Flammable; read the product label and safety data sheet before use. Follow the application instructions. Prepare a clean, dry surface and work in a well-ventilated area with the required protective equipment.

The source safety data sheet lists serious health hazards, including possible cancer and genetic defects, aspiration danger if swallowed, skin and eye irritation, and possible organ damage from prolonged or repeated exposure.

FOR THE FINISH ALREADY THERE

Prepare the surface.
Apply with care.
Allow time to cure.

Surface condition, preparation and application technique affect the result.

WHEN AN OLDER FINISH LOOKS TIRED

A gloss layer.
A considered refresh.

Fading and thinning clear coat can change a vehicle's appearance. This coating is intended to add gloss and depth over a prepared, existing clear-coat surface.

A gloss-focused coating

Designed for cosmetic improvement of older clear coat. Existing damage and application quality influence the final appearance.

Applied by hand

Use a folded shop towel or micro applicator, working carefully across the prepared panel.

Self-leveling properties

The coating is formulated to level as it settles. Careful preparation and controlled application remain essential.

START WITH THE SURFACE

Plan the job
around the finish.

For exterior clear-coat care

Consider a small test area on an older vehicle's existing clear coat before planning a full panel.

Repair damage that needs more

Deep gouges, missing paint and damage into the base coat need an appropriate repair process. This coating does not replace missing paint. Keep it off windows.

PLAN BEFORE YOU OPEN THE BOTTLE

Prep. Apply. Leave to cure.

Practice on a small section first. Follow the product label and application instructions throughout.

Application conditions: surface temperature 50–90°F (10–32°C), with humidity below 90%. Keep the panel above 50°F (10°C) during curing.

  1. Clean and dry

Wash the surface, remove wax and grease as directed, and let it dry completely.

  2. Prepare the applicator

Shake the capped bottle, remove its seal and wet a folded shop towel or micro applicator. Keep the application edge wet.

  3. Work across the panel

Start at a top corner. Use light pressure and straight, overlapping passes. Work within 2–3 minutes; do not rework an area after that window.

  4. Protect the fresh coating

Keep it untouched and dry for at least 24 hours. Wait at least 48 hours before hand-washing. Avoid automatic car washes.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST PANEL

The practical details.

Set realistic expectations and allow time for preparation and after-care.

Will it remove every scratch or restore missing paint?

No. It is intended to improve the appearance of existing clear coat. Deep scratches, base-coat damage and missing paint need a different repair process. The result depends on the surface and application.

Can I use it on windows?

No. The coating is not intended for vehicle windows.

When can I wash the vehicle?

Keep the coating dry and untouched for at least 24 hours, then allow at least 48 hours before hand-washing. Avoid automatic car washes. More product can extend curing time; follow the current label for full-cure requirements.

Can I keep wiping to fix a missed spot?

Stay within the stated 2–3-minute working window and avoid repeated passes. Once the coating starts setting, follow the product's rework instructions. Cured coating may require sanding or refinishing to remove.

Which bottle options are available?

Choose one 4 fl oz bottle, one 8 fl oz bottle, or packs of four, eight or sixteen 8 fl oz bottles.

PREPARE WELL. APPLY WITH CARE.

For a considered approach to an older finish.
